Open a job in two minutes. Applications already in your HR tool.
Your AI builds a careers page in your colours. HR adds a job by filling in a form, a colleague approves, the page is updated. Applications reach your HR tool or the right inbox, never a forgotten mailbox.
A new job takes two weeks to appear on the website.
HR writes the offer, sends it to the person who manages the site, waits for a quote, then for a slot. Meanwhile, candidates apply to the competitor.
- ×Every change is a requestA new job, a closed job, a typo: all through the agency.
- ×Applications everywhereSome by email, some on LinkedIn, some on paper. CVs get lost.
- ×Old jobs stay onlineThe intern position filled in March is still there in September.
Could we add the design office internship to the website? We start interviewing in two weeks.
Of course, here is the quote. We can schedule it for the 24th.
The 24th is after the interviews…
Describe the page, your AI asks the rest.
It wants to know who receives applications and who approves a new job before it builds anything.
- Who approves a job before it goes online?
- Applications to an inbox or to your HR tool?
- Which address?

What people ask us.
Which HR tools work?
Any recruiting tool that accepts candidates from the outside, and plain email. Your AI writes the link; a person types the tool’s key in Leaf’s settings, and nobody can read it back.
Can candidates send a CV?
Yes. The CV is stored privately with the application: only your team can open it, never the public.
Who can add or remove a job?
Whoever you give the right to. Most teams let HR write jobs and one person approve them with “Update the site”. You can also invite people outside the company to edit texts only.
Does it work with our existing website?
Yes. The careers page lives on its own address (careers.yourcompany.com) and your main site links to it. Nothing to change on the main site but a link.
What does it cost?
Free to start on a leafpages.dev address. Your own domain needs a paid plan, starting with Solo. See the pricing page for details.
Your next hire starts with a real page.
