A blog the whole team writes. Without sending Word files around.
Your AI builds the blog once, in your colours. Then anyone on the team writes an article in a simple editor, adds photos, and puts it online with one click, after a colleague has read it.
Articles get written. They just never get published.
Someone writes a good article, sends it to the person who “has access to the site”, waits, follows up. Three weeks later it is out, with the wrong photo.
- ×One person holds the keysEverything goes through the agency or the one colleague who knows the site.
- ×Word files and screenshotsVersion 4, final, really final. The photos arrive separately.
- ×Nobody sees it beforeThe article goes online, then someone spots the typo in the title.
I wrote an article about our new warehouse. How do I put it on the blog?
Send it to us in Word with the photos, we will publish it next week.
The opening is on Thursday…
Your AI builds the blog once.
You describe the look and the kind of articles. It builds the pages and an editor made for your articles: title, author, photo, text.
- Which categories?
- Who writes, and who approves?
- One language or several?

An editor made for your articles
Not a website builder: the fields of an article, nothing more.
Found on Google
Each article has its own address, title and summary, and is fast to open.
From a draft to the blog. With a colleague’s approval in between.
People write, one person approves, the site is updated. Readers who want more land in the right place.

Where it goes
Write, publish, update. No AI needed for an article.
- A form, not a page builderTitle, photo, text with headings and links. The look is already done.
- A preview before it goes outEveryone sees the article on the real blog before readers do.
- Outside editorsYour agency or a freelancer edits articles without seeing anything else.
Everything is already in Leaf. Your AI just uses it.
No plugin to install, no other service to subscribe to. One account, one bill.
Pages, blog and articles
An article page, categories, authors, an archive.
Editable texts and images
An editor generated from your articles, with drafts.
Optimised images
Each photo resized for phones, tablets and screens.
Several languages
An article in English and French, side by side.
Roles and outside editors
The agency writes articles, not billing.
Going back
Every version of the site is kept.
What people ask us.
Do we need the AI to write each article?
No. The AI builds the blog and its editor once. After that, the team writes in the editor like in an email, and puts the article online without asking anyone but the person who approves.
What does “Update the site” do?
Publishing an article marks the site as behind. When you are ready, one click rebuilds the blog with the new articles, usually in under a minute. Nothing goes out by itself.
Can people outside the company write?
Yes. Invite them as editors: they see and change the articles and photos of that one site, and nothing else (no billing, no other sites).
Can we move our old articles?
Ask your AI: give it the old addresses or a file, it adds the articles to the editor and sets up redirects so old links keep working.
Can it live on blog.ourcompany.com?
Yes, on any paid plan. To start, it gets a free leafpages.dev address.
