The tool your team needs. Not a toy. A real one.

A trade fair tracker, a room booking tool, a quote calculator: describe it to your AI. Leaf runs it on your domain with sign-in for your colleagues, data that stays, tasks that run on their own, AI inside and everyone’s changes live.

The team runs on a spreadsheet called FINAL_v2.

Everyone has their own copy. Nobody knows which one is right. The tool you would need is “a project for IT”, so it never happens.

  • Five copies of the truthEach person updates their own file, and the numbers never match.
  • Nothing on the phoneAt the trade fair, contacts go on paper and get typed in a week later.
  • Too small for ITA real tool would take months. Nobody asks anymore.

Who has the contacts from Batibouw? I need them for tomorrow’s calls.

In my Excel, the latest one I think.

I have mine on paper, I’ll type them tonight.

What you ask your AI

Describe how the team works.

Your AI asks who uses it and what each person may do, then builds the tool, the sign-in and the data.

Your AI Leaf connected
A tool to track our 2026 trade fairs: each fair with its dates, budget and contacts met. Salespeople add contacts from their phone at the stand. Every Monday, a summary of the week.
Before I start:
  1. Who can sign in?
  2. Who can change the budget?
  3. Where should hot contacts go?
Anyone with an @acme.com email. Managers only. To our CRM.

Questions

What people ask us.

Is it secure enough for company data?

Each tool runs separately from every other site, colleagues sign in to see anything, and secret keys are typed by a person and never shown to the AI. You decide who can sign in.

Can it handle many users?

Yes. The same tool works for 5 people or for thousands, fast everywhere. You pay for what it uses, with an amount included in every plan.

Can it talk to our CRM or Slack?

Yes, to any tool that accepts connections from the outside. A person types the key in Leaf’s settings; the AI writes the code that uses it but never sees it.

What kind of tools have people built?

A trade fair tracker, a meeting room booking tool, a quote calculator for sales, an onboarding checklist for new hires, a stock counter for the warehouse. If your team does it in a spreadsheet, it can be a tool.

What happens if the person who made it leaves?

The tool belongs to the company’s Leaf organisation, not to a person. Anyone with the right role can keep improving it with their own AI.

Replace FINAL_v2 with a real tool.

Free to start. Plans for a team and for a whole company.
